A true masterpiece of taste rich in vegetable proteins, completely artisanal and organic.

How do we prepare it? We follow the soy fermentation process meticulously through a special oven that controls temperature and humidity. This allows us to obtain the right degree of fermentation for a tasty and compact tempeh, thus avoiding a bitter aftertaste and a block that crumbles to the touch.

Try it diced in your salads or marinated in many delicious recipes.

Tempeh molto gustoso

L’ho usato come fonte proteica nel cous cous a cui ho aggiunto zucchine, pomodori freschi e secchi, rucola, uvetta e spezie varie. Molto buono!

TEMPEH - TOFU E SCALE'

Sono rimasta soddisfatta del vostro tempeh e del tofu, quest'ultimo in base al mio gusto è un pò troppo consistente, ma si tratta davvero di un piccolo particolare perché è comunque molto buono.
Invece sono diventata immediatamente dipendente dello Scalè.
Bravi!!!!

We have never tested it but many of our customers freeze regularly with success.

Yes, it is possible to change products within the subscription but this is only possible from the third recurring order onwards.

Yes, you can pause it yourself but only after placing a minimum of 2 orders with that subscription.
