Credit card
By selecting the Credit Card payment type, you will be redirected to a page, via a secure and protected link, where you will have to enter your credit card details, after which you will make the payment.
The system accepts credit cards issued on the international circuits VISA, MASTERCARD and MAESTRO. The credit card data will not be shared with Umnin but will be managed directly by the payment system.
Paypal
By selecting the PayPal payment type, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where you will have to enter your PayPal account or credit card details, after which you will make the payment. With this payment method you can also use POSTEPAY, AURA and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards.
Your Paypal account or credit card details will not be shared with Umnin but will be managed directly by PayPal.
VAT and resale of products
All prices indicated on the site are inclusive of VAT rate of 10.00%. The sale of the products is intended only for the final customer, therefore subsequent commercialization is expressly prohibited.
Shipping
The delivery of the Products purchased on the website www.umnin.it is carried out to the shipping address communicated by you in the order form, within 10 working days from receipt of the order. To date, we can make deliveries throughout the territory of the Italian Republic. The shipment is FREE on orders over €79.90 otherwise it will cost €9.90 or €15.00 for the islands. Umnin will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of the Products that are not foreseeable or not attributable to it. The delivery terms indicated above will apply exclusively to orders completed by 24:00 of each day.
Abroad:
Free shipping over €120 for the following foreign countries:
- Spain
- France
- Germany
- Austria
- Belgium
- Luxembourg
- Netherlands
- Slovenia
Otherwise it will cost €15.

We inform you that pursuant to art. 59 Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the right of withdrawal is excluded in the following cases:
- order of Products made to measure or clearly personalized;
- ordering Products which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- order of sealed Products which are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons or which have been opened after delivery.
With reference to the cases of exclusion of withdrawal listed above, in particular, you are informed and accept that among the "Products that risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly" are included those Products of a food nature whose characteristics and quality are subject to alteration, also as a consequence of inappropriate storage by you after delivery.
Return for defect or non-conformity of the product
If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us by email at info@umnin.it, indicating the defect and/or non-conformity found, as well as at least n. 1 (one) photograph of the Product, the order confirmation sent by us and/or the receipt.
Following receipt of the email, we will evaluate the defects and non-conformities reported by you and decide whether to authorize the return of the Products by providing you with feedback, containing the "Return Code", via email to the address provided by you during the registration process on the Site or during the order transmission phase.
The authorization to return the Products will in no way constitute recognition of defects or non-conformities, the existence of which must be ascertained after the return.
The Products for which we have authorised the return must be returned by You, together with a copy of the return authorisation communication containing the “Return Code”, within 14 (fourteen) days of reporting the defect or non-conformity, to the following address: Umnin Srl – Via Dismano 118/B – 48121 – Ravenna
Any refund of the price paid and the related shipping costs will be made by bank transfer.
