How do we make it? We create each block of Zucca-fu with organic pumpkin and then carefully press them to remove the whey and ensure a dense, flavorful consistency. We then cold-smoke them using natural beech wood for a rich, even flavor.

Sono sempre un po' titubante quando devo provare qualcosa di nuovo, ma avendo letto le ottime recensioni su questo prodotto mi sono decisa ad acquistarlo. E in effetti è decisamente un'ottima variante al Tofu e ha un buonissimo sapore. Anche solo in una bella insalata dà un tocco unico e delizioso.
