Ingredients:

  • 250 g cooked chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons veg mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon plain soy yogurt (sugar-free)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 block of hemp-fu
  • 1 tablespoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon caper water
  • 1 sheet of nori seaweed
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon ketchup
  • Salt and paprika to taste

        Procedure

        • Blend all the ingredients and it's ready! It couldn't be easier...
        • If you prefer it more liquid/creamy you can increase the amount of yogurt/mayonnaise or add a drop of water.
