Ingredients:
- 250 g cooked chickpeas
- 2 tablespoons veg mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon plain soy yogurt (sugar-free)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 block of hemp-fu
- 1 tablespoon capers
- 1 tablespoon caper water
- 1 sheet of nori seaweed
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon ketchup
- Salt and paprika to taste
Procedure
- Blend all the ingredients and it's ready! It couldn't be easier...
- If you prefer it more liquid/creamy you can increase the amount of yogurt/mayonnaise or add a drop of water.
