Ingredients (for 3 servings)
- 200 g of luphempfu @naturaebontà
- 75 g of 70% dark chocolate
- 40 g of agave syrup
- 1 orange (zest and juice)
- b vanilla
To decorate:
- qf cocoa bean nibs
- orange segments
Procedure
- Melt the dark chocolate and set it aside to cool.
- Meanwhile, pour the luphempfu into a bowl, add the zest and juice of an orange, the agave syrup, the melted chocolate and the vanilla.
- Blend everything with an immersion blender.
- Divide the mixture into 3 cups.
- Place in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours before serving.
- Decorate with cocoa nibs, orange slices and enjoy.
