Ingredients (for 4 people)
- 400 g of minced seitan @naturaebontà
- 400 g of tomato puree / pulp
- 350 g boiled black beans (cooked weight)
- 1 red onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- b cumin, coriander, chili pepper
- b salt and pepper
- vegetable broth to taste
- Lime slices for garnish
Procedure
- Finely chop the onion and peppers.
- Pour the oil into a pan, add the onion and the other vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
- Also add the spices and the minced Natura&Bontà seitan, the tomato pulp and leave to cook for about 25 minutes, adding vegetable broth if necessary.
- After a few minutes add the beans and let them cook for about ten minutes.
- Plate and serve with lime slices.
- I recommend accompanying the chili with tortillas or basmati rice.
