Ingredients:
- Luphemp-fu natural
- Cherry tomatoes
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Basil
- Pepper
- Oregano
Procedure
- Cut the Luphem-fu block into thin strips along the short side.
- If you want you can straighten it otherwise go to the next step.
- Marinate the Luphem-fu with oil, salt, oregano and pepper.
- After an hour in the fridge add the cherry tomatoes cut into wedges, add the basil and serve with another drizzle of oil.
