Ingredients:

  • Luphemp-fu natural
  • Cherry tomatoes
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Basil
  • Pepper
  • Oregano

Procedure

  • Cut the Luphem-fu block into thin strips along the short side.
  • If you want you can straighten it otherwise go to the next step.
  • Marinate the Luphem-fu with oil, salt, oregano and pepper.
  • After an hour in the fridge add the cherry tomatoes cut into wedges, add the basil and serve with another drizzle of oil.
