With the new subscription service you can automatically periodically buy your favorite N&B products and receive a 15% discount on each purchase.
Subscribing is easy, here's everything you need to know!
1. How does it work?
By activating the subscription to one or more products you can choose whether to receive the order automatically every two weeks or every month . Remember that you will need to place a MINIMUM of 2 orders.
Once you have selected the periodicity, you can make the payment either through your PayPal account or with an unregistered card. In this case, it will be important to click on “Save your details and create a PayPal account” , otherwise the next charge will not be successful.
2. What if I no longer want to receive my order for a certain period of time?
You can pause your subscription and reactivate it without having to pay for the subscription again.
3. Can I change my subscription by adding or deleting products?
Sure. You can add a product to your subscription with the appropriate check mark that you will find on the product page. You can manage any suspensions from your account.
4. Will I still be able to use discount codes?
No. Once you have subscribed you will be entitled to 15% off recurring purchases but you will no longer be able to use discount codes.
5. If I am a subscriber, can I buy a non-subscription product?
No problem. You can do this by choosing the “buy it once” option on the product page.
