Per chi come me non ha molto tempo di inventarsi delle ricette con il tofu ma non vuole rinunciare al gusto, trovo questo burger gustosi ma allo stesso tempo semplici e leggeri.
buon sapore e consistenza molto simile alla carne . prodotto molto buono
Do 4 stelle solo perchè 5 se le merita il burger verza e radicchio. In ogni caso questo burger è leggermente più duro rispetto all’altro ma il sapore è davvero molto buono e fresco! Si può tranquillamente aggiungere all’insalata tagliandolo a cubetti o “sgranandolo” una volta cotto per renderla più interessante.

Questo super Burger ha Valori nutrizionali ottimali anche per chi fa sport, quasi 40 g Di proteine a confezione! E niente schifezze aggiunte. Oltreché un buon sapore, senza eccedere col sale.
